Of Course! Delivery fee starts at $50 and increases based on distance. You may be subject to a higher delivery fee depending on distance and if we have to pick up a rental item.

Yes! We offer install removal after your event is complete for a flat fee of $150. If you have a backdrop rental we will breakdown and pick up after your event for no extra charge.

We cannot guarantee the tenure of balloons after we install due to the climate they may be in. However they can last for weeks they may shrink in size as they are 100% latex. We offer the best quality latex balloons so we ensure you will be very pleased and find they last much longer than you think!

Please let us know as soon as possible if you plan on canceling or changing your order. Chances are that things will work out, but we just need enough notice. Should you need to cancel your order, you must submit your cancellation in writing (email is permitted) a full (5) business days before the day of your install. If you do not adhere to this cancellation policy, the full invoice amount will be due the day of your planned install. All deposits are final. Should you need to cancel your order, you will not be refunded your deposit.

Can you provide starbucks with coffee? LOL No. Our price includes quality latex balloons! You will love them.

Installation fee- Install fee varies from $40-60 but may be higher, depending on the amount of decorations. Late/early fee- $100 will apply if decorations supposed to be brought before 8 am and after 10pm. Last minute orders - (one day before or the same day deliveries) will be charged a rush fee of $100.00 Balloon Removal- If you would like us to remove all the balloon decorations after the event you will be charged with a strike fee of $150.00.
